Accenture has won a multimillion dollar contract to maintain Telstra's customer care and billing platform – a platform Accenture helped design.
Under the terms of the arrangement Accenture will provide ongoing management of the platform, ensuring it operates effectively through further migrations and software releases.
The suite was originally added as part of Telstra's business transformation program. It has already been used to migrate more than 5 million customers and 8.5 million services to the new platform.
