Microsoft Kinect hits 10 million mark, sets Guinness World Record

Microsoft has announced that it has sold 10 million Kinect motion-sensing systems. Kinect is designed to be used with Microsoft's Xbox 360 console and lets you use your body to control games and access media files.
The device has set a Guinness World Record for being the fastest selling consumer electronics device. According to Microsoft, 8 million Kinect sensors were sold in the 60 days after it first went on sale.
Microsoft also revealed that more than 10 million Kinect games have been worldwide.
Microsoft recently revealed it would ship a Windows SDK for developing for applications using Kinect.
