About 100 computers and laptops worth more than $250,000 have been stolen from an industrial warehouse in Sydney's west.
Three cars were driven into the rear entrance of the warehouse on Parramatta Road at Homebush at 2.50am (AEDT) on Thursday.
The thieves forced their way inside and loaded about 100 Toshiba computers and laptops from a pallet into the back of the cars.
All three cars - a maroon-coloured van, a black Mercedes sedan and a dark-coloured Subaru wagon - were then driven from the area.
The empty van was found abandoned and burnt-out on Deakin Street in Silverwater about an hour later.
Police have valued the theft at more than $250,000.
They are in the process of viewing CCTV taken from the warehouse and are warning anyone who is offered to buy a Toshiba laptop computer, and doubts their validity, to contact investigators.
