LinkedIn has reached 200 million members, the social networking service announced today. More than 37 million of the service's users are in the Asia Pacific.
According to LinkedIn, more than 13 million signups have taken place since it last revealed its user base at the start of November last year.
LinkedIn launched in early 2003. In 2011 the company went public in a well received IPO.
Last year the service rolled out a number of new features including revamped profile pages, new notifications for users and redesigned company pages.

I love the new look and feel of our profile layouts. However, the endorse application has turned into a spam wheel.
LinkedIn should have each person that endorses another, list what specific job, location or company the work was performed at.
This could help curb all of the "free" ads people acquire with their fake endorsments.
