As a Business Development Resource (BDR) you will be working for a leading provider of on-demand software solutions within a professional services environment. The software utilises leading edge CRM application incorporating multiple communication channels including web, interactive voice, e-mail, chat and telephone, this solution puts other CRM software to the test!

This role is part of the professional services team engaged in successful project planning and delivery of CRM solutions to enterprise clients.

Key deliverables:
- Responsible for inbound and outbound telemarketing calls
- Ability to meet key sales targets and generate new business within existing accounts or new clients
- Impeccable communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent questioning skills
- Strong drive and dynamic personality

As the successful BDR you will possess the following skills:
1. Minimum of 3 years corporate telemarketing experience - selling IT or enterprise solutions & products
2. Proven track record in over achieving inbound and outbound sales targets
IT experience would be highly desirable
3. Dynamic and flexible personality
4. Ability to prospect new business opportunities and work closely with the Marketing Manager to determine new clients
5. Ability to work independently and alongside Account Executives
6. Previous marketing experience
7. Degree in IT, Marketing or Business
