Responsibilities include:
- Direct Client Interaction
- Develop WCM strategy within a general ECM & Portal strategy
- Consult on WCM associated areas like Navigation Design, Search Engines, Web Architecture
- Analyse technical & non-technical business requirements
- Translate business requirements into software requirements / functional specifications
- Conduct option analysis of potential solutions to ensure clients achieve best value solution
- Provide consulting in the application of vendor technologies to client needs including market assessment, vendor selection and tender evaluation services
- Participate in client development activities including support for bids and proposals
- Conduct assurance services on WCM deployments to ensure project remain faithful to the strategic intent
- Maintain and extend Oakton methods in this domain

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills/experience:
- 6+ years in WCM market experience
- WCM Strategy & Architecture experience
- Proven track record of analysis, problem solving and articulating technical and commercial solutions
- Extensive experience with enterprise level IT projects
- Client engagement experience (excellent communication & presentation, workshops management, business cases)

Skills that are highly desirable:
- WCM deployment experience
- Portal / WCM integration experience
- General Web Architecture Design experience
- Enterprise Search experience
- User Experience / User Interface design / Navigation Design
- General ECM experience above and beyond WCM
- Multiple ECM / WCM vendor experience, including vendor positions, major implementations and client models
- Consulting skills
