Do you want to work for a tier 1 consulting organisation? Our client is expanding its resource pool and seeking to fill several Consultant/Senior Consultant positions. As a successful candidate, you will hold the following skills/experiences:
1. At least 4+ years Organisational and/or IT Change Management specific experience in a Consulting capacity
2. Degree qualified with post graduate studies in Change Management
3. Strong Organisational/IT Change practitioner consulting experience
4. Ability to develop consulting service offers, pipeline development, delivery assurance and team building is desirable
5. Experience as a management consultant in a variety of industries would be highly desirable
6. Proven ability to engage with Executive and Senior Management
7. Desire and ability to contribute to the development of the Organisational Change Management practice as part of the team
8. Superior workshop facilitation and communication skills
9. Impeccable communication and presentation skills

Working in the Business Strategy and Transformation division, you will have the capability to make a substantial contribution to the practice. This division offers an exceptional combination of organisational change, IT/System change and project management providing end-to-end service delivery.
The role offers an opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and variety of projects. As the successful candidate, you will be working amongst a senior and experienced consulting team.

This is a consulting role to Integrate Organisational & IT Change Capabilities:
- Developing organisational or IT Change & Communication Strategies
- Overall management of the change management process
- Management and Mentoring teams in the delivery of change management programs
- Development of Change Management Strategies
- Development of project plans for change related activities
- Facilitating interviews and workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the organisation, project, and change related issues
- Experience across Communications, Training, and Business Alignment
- Ability to document and present changes to business processes, in both graphical and written formats
- High level interpersonal and relationship building skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution are essential
