BE THE LEADER OF THE PACK
Working for an international infrastructure, systems integration company you will lead the entire business operation with P&L, sales and operational responsibilities. Specialising in systems integration, data & voice communication and unified communications, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make your mark on the Telecommunications industry.

THE POSITION
Reporting to the VP in Malaysia, you will have full autonomy to develop, grow and maintain existing business relationships. You will strategic further develop existing business opportunities and channel relationships with the likes of Cisco, Microsoft and Juniper. You will be expected to lead the growth and development of all the national offices and represent the organisation at the highest level. The primary responsibility is to provide leadership and direction to ensure the company achieves its profitability and growth objectives within the Asia Pacific region.

WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?
To be considered for this position, you will possess the following skills/experience:
•Over 10 years IT experience in Telco, Systems Integration or IT, with 5 years experience in a senior management decision making level
•Demonstrated sales or business development experience within the Telcom services, Systems Integration and Network sector
•Established relationships with vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco or Juniper
•10 years + experience in marketing, selling or managing Infrastructure solutions (voice, data and unified communications) to large corporate
•Develop significant high level relationships with potential business partners (government and corporate)
•Ability or experience in working within the Asia Pacific region with strong emphasis in developing new business opportunities
•Grow both profit and revenue and position the organisation as a market leader
•Experience in managing staff numbers of 125 + nationally
•Experience in managing change and developing a productive and satisfying staff morale
•Experience in managing revenues greater than >$60M
•Impeccable communication, presentation and ‘fire in the belly’
•Strong negotiation skills
