Training and support will be provided for candidates with a track record in customer care. All we need from you is the right skills/experience and a passion for exceptional customer service. The company offers a great team environment, training and career advancement.

As the successful applicant you will be responsible for:
• Interacting with external customers answering enquiries and technical queries
• Assist in resolving both sales and technical queries
• Interacting with customers via online chat requests or emails
• Managing Inbound and outbound calls
• Working with as part of a close knit team to meet KPIs and targets

To be considered for these roles you will be required to have the following skills/experience:
• 2-3 years Support/Help Desk experience within a corporate environment
• Exceptional telephone and customer services skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow-up and manage tasks to completion
• Advanced computing skills – Word, Outlook, Excel
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise high volume workload
