Position Details
Infrastructure and Network Support Analyst
As part of the Operations Team, HealthSMART Services, and in conjunction with HealthSMART’s Managed Services provider, the Infrastructure & Network Support Analyst provides day to day scrutiny and support for the complex HealthSMART technical environment.
The Infrastructure & Network Support Analyst will identify operational exceptions through review of system event and alert logs, and initiate appropriate follow up actions. He or she will also support the execution of ITIL-based system management Do you have? Technical expertise in the management and support of large scale and complex IT environments; A sound understanding of ITIL principles; The ability to work constructively with third party service providers.
