Harvey Norman’s Information Technology Department, through the development and delivery of innovative IT solutions, plays a crucial role in the achievement of the strategic goals of the business. An opportunity has emerged within the Technical Services Team for a Senior Network Engineer. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for delivering and maintaining Harvey Norman’s corporate network and the ongoing development of the Network Services team.

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for providing continued network service improvement to the business. This will be achieved by continually reviewing the areas of concern and identifying any improvements required by providing technical guidance and support to the network engineering team.

The essential skills and experience required for the position include the following:

- Minimum of 5 years supporting enterprise LAN and WAN environments.

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of Network Engineers.

- Strong Cisco Networking skills.

- Proven advanced Juniper (SSG firewall, SA2000 SSL-vpn and NSM) experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Advanced experience with all Microsoft applications.
