Melbourne, 3 March 2009 – Open Text Corporation (NASDAQ: OTEX, TSX: OTC), a global leader in enterprise content management, today announced that VicRoads has awarded WindowLogic, a leading information management company, the contract for the implementation and support services of Open Text’s eDocs document management solution.
The solution and services contract was awarded to WindowLogic following a competitive open market tender process and is valued at $1.8 million. The solution will be ultimately deployed to more than 2,000 users across Victoria.
"This partnership will help VicRoads improve its document and records management practices, achieving greater regulatory compliance requirements, improving document security and the efficiency of staff searching for information,” said Tony Ljaskevic, Program Delivery Manager for the Electronic Document & Records Management System (EDRMS) Project at VicRoads.
