In Pictures: Who are tech’s highest paid CEOs?
Oracle’s Larry Ellison finally ousted from the top spot on our list of highest paid tech execs. We count them down from 50 to 1. (All figures in $US)
Randall Stephenson, AT&T CEO, president and chairman
AT&T grew revenue by 2% in 2011 (from $124.3 billion in 2010 to $126.7 billion), while net income plunged by 79% (from $20.2 billion to $4.2 billion). In the same year, Stephenson’s total compensation fell 19% to $22 million. His pay package included a $1.6 million; $3.8 million bonus; equity awards valued at $12.8 million; $3.3 million attributed to change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings; and $555,353 in perks and other compensation.
