  Alcatel-Lucent's OpenTouch Conversation software will allow enterprise users to switch among different ways of communicating -- including instant messaging, voice calls and video conferencing -- without interrupting their conversations.   Lync not enterprise-ready, claims Microsoft ISV-turned-rival
