Dimension Data Achieves Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialisation in Australia

Designation Recognises Channel Partners with Highest Level of Unified Communication Expertise, Lifecycle Services and Success in Sales.

<p>Dimension Data announced today it has achieved the Master Unified Communications Specialisation from Cisco®. This specialisation recognises Dimension Data as having fulfilled the training requirements and program pre-requisites to sell, deploy and support highly sophisticated applications-based Cisco Unified Communications solutions.</p>
<p>Commenting on the specialisation, George Atrash, Dimension Data Australia’s general manager for connectivity said: “This is a sensational achievement for Dimension Data in terms of competitive differentiation. Cisco’s Master UC Specialisation validates us with a high level of distinction in the UC services market, and highlights the expertise we bring to the UC field.”</p>

To achieve the Master Unified Communications Specialisation, resale channel partners must first attain the Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation. Partners must then meet stringent requirements that demonstrate their master-level sales, technical and services capabilities. Furthermore, master specialised partners must possess a number of Cisco and industry-standard technical certification requirements; provide customer references that document Cisco-prescribed design and deployment capabilities; and show evidence that they have the infrastructure to support a full menu of lifecycle services offerings and capabilities.</p>
