Google has released a paid version of Google Analytics to join its set of enterprise tools.
Google Analytics Premium provides extra processing power for increased data collection, more custom variables and downloadable unsampled reports.
It also provides more advanced analysis, accurate data collection and reporting, and additional support round the clock.
The new version is primarily targeted towards larger enterprises that receive high volumes of traffic and need more commitment from Google on data collection, up-time and support.
Google Analytics Premium is available for a fixed annual fee in Canada, the UK and the US.
Google has also launched a real-time dashboard for Google analytics, dubbed Google Analytics Real-Time.
The feature enables users to measure the immediate impact of social media, such as Facebook and Twitter, on site traffic in real-time.
Users can now track how many people are currently on their site and how much traffic each article has received in the last few minutes, instead of having to wait 24 hours before seeing results.
“We're more committed than ever to providing our customers, large and small, with options to measure and improve their marketing efforts,” the Google Analytics blog said.
