To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience:

  • Level 1 Helpdesk experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Active Directory, and Networks
  • Knowledge on Notes email client, standard Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and support
  • Answer emails and phone calls for Help Desk
  • Support of internal customers incidents/requests, where required
  • Act as a 'single point of contact' to assist in providing rapid support of services to internal customers.
  • Maintain the Help Desk Peregrine system, Service Catalogue guidelines and procedure documentation
  • Escalate outstanding problems
  • Follow up incidents with the IT service units until production problems are resolved
