Toshiba ISD appoints new Australian national channel sales manager
Toshiba (Australia) Pty. Limited, Information Systems Division (ISD), today announced the appointment of Callum Eade as national channel sales manager for Australia. Mr. Eade returns to Toshiba ISD after leaving the company in October 2006 to pursue his personal goal of becoming an Ironman. He was previously Toshiba's New Zealand country manager for three and a half years.
In his new role, Mr. Eade will be responsible for driving Toshiba ISD's overall Australian channel business, managing the national channel sales team and sales centre, and working closely with the corporate sales team to service Toshiba's business-to-business clients.
He will also work closely with Toshiba ISD's New Zealand country manager, Gary Wicks, to develop consistent channel strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
"With his experience in mobile computing and deep knowledge of Toshiba, Callum is an ideal person to lead our channel team in Australia," said Mark Whittard, general manager, Toshiba ISD (ANZ).
