Avaya Appoints Asia Pacific Marketing Manager for Global Services
AUSTRALIA – Avaya Inc. (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications software, systems and services, today announced the appointment of Emma McCormack as Regional Marketing Program Manager, Avaya Global Services.
In her new role, McCormack’s responsibilities will be to support the Avaya Global Services sales and delivery team in growing services revenue regionally. She will also work closely with Avaya BusinessPartners to promote Avaya Global Services, and ensure they have access to the service tools they need to support their customers.

Prior to joining Avaya, McCormack was with PeopleSoft, holding marketing positions both within Australia and in the United States and was Marketing Programs Manager at Systems Union before starting with PeopleSoft.
McCormack holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of Direct Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association, and is currently completing a Masters of Business Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney.
