The award was presented at DCI’s CRM Conference & Exposition on August 26.

The Users Choice Award recognizes best of class customer relationship products and services based on the judgments of the people who actually use them. CRMAdvocate, an industry initiative whose commitment it is to help grow and mature the CRM market through leadership in education and research, conducted an online poll of customer service solutions users.
